In 1952, it was founded by Abidin Dilman. It was primarily engaged in manufacturing and importing, becoming one of the first import companies in the industry.
In 1972, İbrahim Palas took over the company and the brand. He placed significant emphasis on and developed the manufacturing department.
After İbrahim Palas passed away in 1996, his son Mustafa Palas took over the company. He established a professional marketing unit and expanded the customer portfolio.
In 1998, they moved from Tahtakale to İkitelli, expanding their office and production facilities.
Until today, the company has continued its uninterrupted production and sales of paper products that hold official document status.
