In 1952, it was founded by Abidin Dilman, primarily focusing on manufacturing and importation. It became one of the first import companies in the industry.

In 1972, İbrahim Palas took over the company and the brand. He emphasized and developed the manufacturing department.

After İbrahim Palas passed away in 1996, his son Mustafa Palas assumed leadership of the company. He established a professional marketing unit and expanded the customer portfolio.

In 1998, they relocated from Tahtakale to İkitelli, expanding their office and production facilities.

Until today, the company has continued its uninterrupted production and sales of paper products that hold official document status.

Today, they cater to every consumer group, continuing to produce and sell paper-related products. Their areas of operation include:
